1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
2. Delivery Location
Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in Bangalore City. We also accept orders from outside customers who are shipping to addresses outskirts of Bangalore only. Any shipments outside of Bangalore are not available at this time.
3. Delivery Time
Orders are normally delivered on the Same Day (if a customer placed an order before 6 pm) and Next Day Delivery (if customer place an order after 6 pm) orders placed for in JP Nagar locations are delivered within 1 hour (subject to availability of products in our store).

4. Delivery Costs
Delivery costs are free if the order ₹ 600 or more with in 5km radious from our store.
Additional delivery charges may apply to other areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.
